General Terms & Conditions
§ 1 Scope
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts between KOHPA® Technology GmbH and the customer. Deviating conditions of the customer shall not be recognized unless we expressly agree to their validity.
§ 2 Conclusion of Contract
Our offers are non-binding. A contract is only concluded upon our written order confirmation.
§ 3 Prices and Payment
All prices are in euros plus the applicable statutory VAT. Payments are due immediately upon invoicing unless otherwise agreed.
§ 4 Delivery
Delivery dates are non-binding unless expressly agreed as binding. We are not liable for delays caused by force majeure or other circumstances beyond our control.
§ 5 Warranty
The statutory warranty rights apply to defects in the purchased item. The warranty period is 2 years from handover of the goods.
§ 6 Limitation of Liability
We are liable without limitation for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health, as well as for intentional or grossly negligent breaches of duty. Otherwise, our liability is excluded.
§ 7 Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. The place of jurisdiction is Dachau, provided the customer is a merchant.
